Free Drop -In- Wednesdays - Nutritious Eats and Healthy Treats

Please Join Brittany and contribute to these healthy food exchanges; Salad Jar Party, Buddha Bowl in a Jar Party, Veggie Snack Social and Healthy Snack Exchange.   
 
These child friendly events are a wonderful way to share healthy snack and meal ideas, let the kids play, connect with others and learn about Juice Plus products. 
Each week will feature a different event.

Nutritious Eats and Healthy Treats:  Healthy Snack Exchange
Sept 5
 
Please join Brittany for a morning of socializing, playing and healthy snacks!
 
With school just beginning and life getting busy what is better than helping eachother out with some snacks for on the go? 
 
Each person brings/makes a healthy snack, enough to share with each person to take home for the week.  It's like a cookie exchange but healthier!  There will be coffee and tea for the adults and toys for the kids!

Nutritious Eats and Healthy Treats: Salad Jar Party
Sept 12
 
Bring a friend or two to join in for salad making! Prep your lunches for the week and get to know some people in the community! After the bowls are prepped, stay and visit, enjoy a coffee and let the kids play!
 
You Bring
5 mason jars(1L wide mouthed jars are best) or other containers with tight fitting lids.
2 salad ingredients.  Plan for 1 cup per person attending.  Have all ingredients pre-washed and chopped in containers.
Bring tongs/spoons for both of your ingredients.
 
Brittany will make a post 3 days before the event with a list of ingredients to choose from. You comment on what you want to bring!

Sept 19
 
Bring a friend or two to join in for Buddha Bowl making! Prep your lunches or suppers for the week and get to know some people in the community! After the bowls are prepped stay and visit, enjoy a coffee and let the kids play!
 
You Bring 
5 mason jars(1L wide mouthed jars are best) or other containers with tight fitting lids.
One or two ingredients, depending on what you choose to bring.  Plan for 1 cup per person attending.  Have all ingredients pre-washed, cooked and chopped in containers.
Bring spoons/tongs for your ingredients.

Please join Brittany and her children for a fun morning of veggie snacking and playing.  Everyone brings a veggie snack(hidden or not), for all to share and try!  Lets see how many different ideas we have for getting veggies into our kids! 
 
There will be coffee, tea, coloring sheets and toys!
